TEMPORARY FOREIGN WORKERS: The Temporary Foreign Worker Program helps employers meet their human resource needs when Canadian workers and permanent residents are not readily available. The program is administered jointly by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)/Service Canada (SC), Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), and Canada Border Services Agency.
Initial application Assist with all aspects of obtaining Federal government approval to hire the foreign worker(s) Locate and screen qualified candidates for your review Assist you with the selection of candidates and prepare necessary documentation Manage the work permit process through Canada’s foreign embassies & consulates Arrange transportation upon request – both International & Domestic Provide on-going support and assistance to the employer and employee as required.

A positive AEO supports the immigration of a Skilled Worker to Canada and is one factor that CIC considers when reviewing an application for permanent residency. Live-in Caregiver (LCP) : Live-in Caregivers are individuals who are qualified to provide care for children, elderly persons or persons with disabilities in private homes without supervision. Live-in caregivers must live in the private home where they work in Canada.
Both the employer and the employee must follow several steps to meet the requirements of the Live-In Caregiver Program.
