Employer Services:

TEMPORARY FOREIGN WORKERS: The Temporary Foreign Worker Program helps employers meet their human resource needs when Canadian workers and permanent residents are not readily available. The program is administered jointly by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)/Service Canada (SC), Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), and Canada Border Services Agency.

Initial application
Assist with all aspects of obtaining Federal government approval to hire the foreign worker(s)
Locate and screen qualified candidates for your review
Assist you with the selection of candidates and prepare necessary documentation
Manage the work permit process through Canada’s foreign embassies & consulates
Arrange transportation upon request – both International & Domestic
Provide on-going support and assistance to the employer and employee as required.

Support and Assistance
Application of new LMO
Extension of workers work permit , with assistance of our associate immigration company
Assistance to company if you decide to promote the foreign worker and to sponsor the permanent residency of the employee.

Documentation
If you have found your own foreign workers or wish to renew your present employees LMO and work permits our company will easily be able to assist you.

Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO )
If you plan to hire a Skilled Worker for a permanent position in your company, and at the same time, strengthen his/her application for permanent immigration to Canada making a permanent job offer to a Skilled Worker can be an effective way to fill a full-time position in your company and bring needed skills to Canada.
A positive AEO supports the immigration of a Skilled Worker to Canada and is one factor that CIC considers when reviewing an application for permanent residency. Please note that an HRSDC AEO only supports the person's application for permanent residency, but will not result in CIC issuing a work permit and does not allow the person to work in Canada before receiving his/her permanent residency

Live-in Caregiver (LCP) : Live-in Caregivers are individuals who are qualified to provide care for children, elderly persons or persons with disabilities in private homes without supervision. Live-in caregivers must live in the private home where they work in Canada.

Both the employer and the employee must follow several steps to meet the requirements of the Live-In Caregiver Program.
